I know it is not absolutely necessary but am sure our rx and tx Nixx packs can benefit a great deal if we were able to balance them now and then. Especially the more sensitive NiMh packs. I can wire a tx pack for balancing with appropriate plugs, but my balancer won't do the job because of cell voltage differences.

Does anybody have an idea how to do that?

Charge it at 0,1 C for 15 hr then they were balanced. This is the easiest way to have all the cells in same charging state. you only need to do this occasionlly. Typicaly, The NiMh or NiCd cells are very over charging or discharging enduringly. Therefore, balance charging is not necessary. They were balanced before being assembled in to a pack.

if you balance them your tx isn't going to give a better signal so why not just keep them charged?

I just cycle mine on a Hyperion Duo everynow and then, that way I can make sure they are getting a full charge.
