I have a question for anyone who is familiar with this charger. I use it to cycle my NiCd packs, but when I do I cannot get it to discharge at a current any higher then 0.3A. I set the discharge current to 1.0A and save it before I start the DSCH/CHG cycles (usually 3 cycles), but when It goes to the discharge cycle the display is always reading 0.3A. I've also tried connecting the temperature sensor and jacking the temp up to 80C, but again that changes nothing. Anyone know why the charger ignores the 1.0A discharge current that I set at the start of the cycles? Is there something I'm not setting but should be before I start the cycle?

Maybe it is not capable of 1.0A discharge because it does not have the necessary cooling?
