I need to replace my clutch liner soon, so what is the best way to remove the clutch bell from Raptor 50 Titan? Is there a special tool to remove it without drinking three cups of coffee?

Not sure if this would apply to your Titan but it might be worth a read......

Thanks, you guys are great. I feel like I have a personal advisor at my finger tips for free, not like my financial advisor, thanks again!

Instead of the epoxy they state try using JB Weld to hold
the liner in as myself and others have used without issues
any and works Great.

They both work. If you're going to use epoxy its best to scuff the back of the liner with 80 grit sand paper. It's also easier to remove when you change the liner.

If the clutch gap is correct, and you dont hot start, a liner should last a long darn time

I just pulled my clutch yesterday and had to separate the frames to remove it. Hey, while I am disassembling things, why don't I also do...

And now my heli is out of service for a couple weeks as I go through it. I built it two years ago but didn't fly much...Figured it was time. And my clutch liner really did need to be replaced, I think maybe three hot starts did it.

Anyways. I wish the Raptor had removable bearing blocks for the start shaft assembly, then maybe I wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.
