are you running it on 72 mhz or 2.4? Also, how are your onboard antenna's routed? And are you able to do a range check?

Well there's your problem.

(LOL - just kidding.)

Ask your doctor if your heart is healthy enough for Radio Control Helicoptering.

The one time I had lockout on my Rappy 50 I traced it to a intermediate problem with the voltage regulator.

I would try putting some silicone spray on the belt for tail you may be getting static, or you could have a servo that is starting to go bad, we just encountered that problem are selfs

Which rx are you using? if your not using the symth one and are using a crystaled one check the crystal. if it is the synth one change channls and make sure both the rx and tx are on the same channel. I also have a 7202 had it since it came ut works perfect.

Check the battery solder connections. I had a lockout with 2.4 that was the result of a cold solder joint at the battery pack. It would only break connection at high rpms.

You may want to check the switch on the helicopter,I once had one go bad after sitting all winter.
Locked out 3 times before I found the problem.

+1 on pinion bearing spinning in the bearing race. One clue is you will usually see some black dust collecting on the maingear.

I would also check the engine's bearings.
