I have an SK360 and a Gaui 365. I have a Swift 16 with a 2 bladed head in a Bell 222 and a 5 bladed T-Rex 450 with a Hughes 500D. Which one should I use on the 450? I have GY401s for both of them. Really, how bad is the Gaui365? Thank you.

I have seen a few of them but I have never seen a Gaui 365 that would successfully fly a helicopter. The ones that I have seen always go out of control and crash after a few seconds. You would be a lot better off just keeping the flybar than throwing you money away on a Gaui 365.

The SK-360 is the lowest price unit that has excellent performance and it’s the easiest to setup.

Hi
we are flying a gaui unit quite succcessfully on a T rex 500 and it works quite well. Stick to the Manual and put the proper Flb head and you should be good to go. But dont use the Tailgyro put your own Gyro. But if I were you just get the Align G3 on the classifieds and your good to go.

Everyone bashes it, but my GU365 worked fine. Just set it up exactly how the manual says. The biggest thing I found with it was that it is very sensitive to vibration. I flew it on my Compass Atom and it was very stable, but had responsive cyclics, a lot like other FBL systems. Mine never did anything weird, it flew just fine. The tail felt about like a 401. It wasn't a V-bar or Gyrobot, but it worked fine as a low cost alternative for sport flying.

GAUI 365
As many have said, the GUAI 365's do work if set up right, I currently have (5) in 450's flying with no trouble. For a low cost system, it can not be beat. I also have some sk360's and some of the 365's fly as good. I am looking at some other systems to try so if anyone is interested in a 365 with 450 setup info, I could make them a good deal, bill
