I've been playing with an old sceadu turning it into flybarless
my original plan of using std control rods and after tracking the blades fitting a carbon sleeve over them didn't work as i kept having the rods flex and pull the blades miles out of track
but after fitting the align g3 600/700 rods with quick uk ends i've cured the problem

this is what i've used
sceadu 50 hpm non-evo (with evo decals)
jr 94005 control balls on the blade grip (inner hole on the evo grip)
align hn7100t links
quick uk rod ends (hole drilled out to 2mm to take the larger dia rods)
a 10mm vario swash driver
and sab600 blades

and no electronics controling the head
i've reduced the atv's on the fore/aft and left/right cyclic's by 50%
and reversed the pitch and reset the pitch set up

and it was set up in gusting wind and it flew very well
