600 build question.
Hey guys.

Working on the 600 and finishing up on the tailo assembly. The pitch slider was all assembled and the instructions say it needs to be built. Can I trust that it was done properly and locktite was used or do I need to tear down and rebuild.

Thanks in advance for all the help! This form has been great,,

Even the German are human and make mistakes.

Tear it down and loctite it.

If it's plastic onto a metal part, don't use locktite. Use slow set epoxy (so you have time to adjust the tightness of the plastic threaded onto the brass slider), tight enough for no end-play, but not putting drag on the bearings. Cyno sets-up to quick (even the slow stuff, as the threading process created heat, and it gets hard too quick for my liking).

We have used several of the pre assembled parts so far without issue, but, like Rig said, you'll never know absolutely for sure unless you do it yourself.
