HPM Elevator Linkage Rods
Let's say one elevator linkage rod is longer than the other one by 8mm connected to the round servo horn. How will this affect the flight characteristics?

I'm having a hard time visualizing how that would/could happen unless you're using uneven sized rods to begin with.

if it's the rods I'm thinking of, they are supposed to form a push-pull rectangle and 8mm difference ain't gonna fit/work.

Yes, this could happen. You can rotate the round servo horn such that one ball on the horn is closer to the elevator lever than the other instead of at equi-distance.

If the rod is part of the push pull loop, it will create a bind at both ends of travel. You'll see it if you pop a link off and hold it over its respective ball with the stick moved over. 8mm is a horrendous amount of mismatch.
