Champion tail drive mod
I have read several places that people used to modify their Schlüter Champion tail drive by running it thru a brass tube. What size should this brass tube be? Is this really necessairly? Or is there even smarter modifications i could do?

This mod was done to eliminate having to oil the tail drive wire guides. Bring the tail wire drive to the lhs and get smallest brass tube that it slips into. I think it was about 16 inches long And you use three of the guides (drilled out to fit the brass) for support. Grease the wire before you put it into the brass. This mod also helps the wire to run straighter. With this mod you can have the boom oil holes facing down so you don't see them.Champion,Magic,MiniBoy,Xcell60+50,Intrepid,Intrepid Gas,Baron30,Whisper,300X,mCPXv1v2,Concept,Nexus
