Are the 3D pro blades not too stiff?
I do a high auto on my Tex500 today, misjudge and end up in a hard landing. Yet, it did land up right. Except one broken pitch link flying away, the heli itself has no damage at all. Then I check the blades, and it snapped right at the root! I am totally caught on surprise. I just wonder if it were the Radix or Mavrikk G5 whether it would remain intact.

Well, a Budget CF blade breaks when you bounce it hard?
Yea, it's gonna do that. Depending on how hard you hit, other blades could do the same. Better blades may take damage that you can't see also but will fail later. If You hit hard, the momentum of the blades have no dampening cause the heli is stopped dead hard. Then only the blades can move. Lower the headspeed and the worse it's gonna be.

Years ago back when Fiberglass blades were one of the better kinds, I did the same thing in a 60 Nitro when I hit too hard and not enough headspeed.

I'm not suprised at all.
