Kou, I have no doubt that my Gazelle will be as good as yours,it must make you feel very happy to be out flying a lovely Heli

I have built a new hangar, just to build it in March 2010
Now all I want is the rest of my Gazelle, I am not very happy
I have never said I do not trust Ben,
I am just fed up with waiting, all this time, when the Cine-Scale web page say's today, lead time 3-4 weeks

Gareth, You would have to check that with Ben
MIne was suposed to be one of the last 2 out of the old moulds
Ben was making new moulds, for February this year, have a look at his web page, he mentions there was to be an increase in price

Good evening Peter

the package is in the air. i checked today the post and no problem for the delivery friday or saturday, its a big parcel.

I must confess that I am somewhat confused about your mails precedents.
Firstly 15 kits models or ready to fly or were sent around the world, two are in England in order to ready to fly, the lack of criticism on this prototype model have all been very constructive. This model kit is not a machine series its a prototype serie and has been sold modellers has confirmed.

You have a reputation in England have a very critical eye ( me its delay nobody is perfect) , is an important quality and necessary in our hobby, but keep in mind that all these models are already sold in flight successfully and reliably and it is more being very nice articles in the press of their countries or will in the coming months.

I wish that our next emails are the exchange of advice, assistance with setting up and you give me your opinion on any particular option.

To finish, i finish this week the drawing plans of wood frame, for you, you have in the parcel the tail and fenestron 13 blades, the hinges doors for gazelle with more suplement parts and the cockpit in kit, the seats and collective pitch in the air to the next week with the wood frame plans

I am sure you appreciate my frankness as safe as I don t have any doubt that your model will find a place in the meetings and competitions

best regards

ben

This sounds to me like it was sent in good faith with a anticipated delivery on Friday or Saturday, lets face it the Royal mail in this country are **** at best! C/S can't be held accountable for OUR postal service!

Equally at least you have a reply now!

ABOUT YOUR GAZELLE
Peter,

Either by email or by posting on this thread the essence of your
messages is almost invariably the same. This forces me to get up from behind the scene and for the sake of
clarification I resorted to the kindly help of a RR member currently fluent in English to convey my though as best as
possible.

Indeed at the end of last December you’ve ordered an entire Gazelle kit including the cockpit (basic kit and
not ready to paint). On January 8th 2010 I had an accident when I unfortunately broke my left hand (which is a true
misfortune for a modeller). I was off-duty for a good month, during which I kept on moulding some accessory parts for
customers despite the recommendations from my physicians not to do so. This was not an easy task to perform but
nevertheless the job was done to the great satisfaction of these customers. At that time I’ve told you that there will
be some delays and to deal with I’ve already prepared the fuse including some external scale accessories, making the
openings, the rivets, and the final touch for the paint procedure. All these steps were a long and strenuous process
which was not mentioned in you post.

In short, in your particular case, there was nothing else to do but to install
the frames for the mechanics, set the tail transmission including the fenestron, to end up with the undercarriage.

I
want to say a few words regarding the frames. We had a couple of emails and phone calls trying to settle that issue.
Originally several options were selected including honeycomb structure, but for numerous reasons too long to explain in
full details here without bothering the patient readers, these options were not realized. The wooden frames are
partially the cause for the delay in delivering your kit. MEA CULPA MEA CULPA MAXIMA! This will be done this week, prepared by myself
.

And now to put a definitive end to that post, during the last 4 years I’ve been
confronted to numerous questions and criticisms of all sorts. All, I emphasis, all have been beneficial and have put
forward new ideas and concepts. In this particular case discussed here the matter went wrong from the beginning when
you’ve received the first part of the fuselage. Emails were send without hello, good morning, or best regards; there
were comments with harsh criticism about the material, and complains about the so-called impossibilities to reach me by
phone when I’ve got about 30 calls from all around the world. Despite the fact that I’m not fluent in English I have
always been successful in reaching a common level of understanding with these foreign correspondents. This thread doesn’
t promote the useful critics when uttered on a constructive purpose but rather turns out to be a useless forum to
convey bad temper.

As I’ve written you this week the Gazelle are series prototypes which are flying and are flying
quite very well (see Kou comments and video on RR). Nevertheless and notwithstanding that flying fact you might need in
a near future some of my advices and help to deal with the inherent building problems you may be confronted to.
Personally on my side the work, the buildings and the personal relationship I share with Kou in Japan are giving me a
zen attitude, but now.... I shall nevertheless remain reachable at my current email address and phone number.

C/S is best one workshop in Japan.
In Japan also has same workshop likes C/S.
But as you know, one guy has to make anything even accessory or much more.I had been depended on one of workshop in Japan made for me more than 8 models but I can say C/S is best.
The reason is this man frank to me no fault.

I don't know what the point but my case always understand C/S make by one personal not a lot people. If you input commend to robot you don't have excuse but when you add more and more stress to workman who like me or other Japanese guys we can see not C/S's problem but it looks like personal panic...

Now I say sorry I upload my Gazelle video on this web side let you increase your stress. Oppositely many people knew the fantastic Gazelle.

Kou, I understand about being a one man operation,I make Custom,SS exhaust's and Custom Fibre glass fuel tanks wich go all over the world
last winter, I could not get the workshop temperature above 12 degrees, this ment I could not cure the epoxy resin, I e-maild the 2 clients, telling them my dificulties, I had replies from both saying they had seen our harsh conditions on the news in there countries
I sent out the exhaust on time and the tanks when the weather improved, both clients were happy with my products, and happy about the delay, because they were kept informed

Gazelle, given up
Gazelle, given up

Nick, I would like to say that I was well on with the build
In fact, I have not been able to get started as I am still waiting for parts,
The Cine Scale gearbox is still missing, I have no idea what size it is, so there is no way I can dry build the mechanics, to get final positions, for glue fixing supports
I had a small delivery 2 weeks ago, some cockpit details
There have been no replies to my questions on when or where my parts are
So I have asked for my money back,I of course will loose out on the return postage,(£100-£200) but after waiting almost 6 months, and still not getting all that I paid for I have given up
I am still waiting for Ben's responce, Cine-Scale, is supposedly shut until the 5th May
