How to join tail pushrod wire
After upgrading Raptor 30 to 50, the tail pushrod is now too short by about 2 inches. I have a 2mm threaded wire to use for extension but wondering the best way to join the two. Thanks for any help.

Thunder Tiger makes a tail rod coupler that is common part on the Raptors I've seen in person.

Personally the coupler looks "hokey" but it's been common equipment on Raptor for many years and I've not seen one fail if locktite properly.

Yeah, the same one you posted comes standard on the Raptor 30,50,60 and 90 but they do make a carbon fiber one thats nice and thick.Ive never used the CF push rods (not sure if they help at all ) ,allways used the ones like you posted even on my 90's with no issues.I do know if you crash with the standard ones like you posted,95% of the time you can bend it back in shape and reuse it haha..600LE,OS55,OS PowerBoost pipe,Align 610's,Spartan
