In reference to https://rc.runryder.com/t575440p2/

Just an FYI to all AirFoil Customers. Right before Christmas of last year we found out my father had terminal cancer. Shortly after all the tests were completed the doctors gave us the news it would be less than 6 months. I decided to keep AirFoil running as normal as possible without myself being there. I took the last few months to spend as much time as possible with my father. As of today the assessment was 5 or 6 days. I’m sorry to any AirFoil customer that experienced a delay over the last few months. Everyone here was close to my father… he took real interest in everything we were doing working in CAD industry for the last 20 years.
Right now I have two people working helping out to make sure customers needing parts or basic orders go out as timely as possible plus I'm also returning calls/email or messages as time allows.

There’s a new website/several products/Merging with another company all ready to launch once we are back up 100%. Should be in 2 or 3 weeks

I never really wanted this on a forum but at the same time don't want customers to feel let down. Orders are still shipping in 5-10 days depending on the product. Mounts/parts generally 3 days with Packages running about 5-10 days.

Thank You

Sorry to here of the bad news John. I know exactly what you are going through. My father passed away from prostate cancer 16 months ago. You always here about others getting this terrible disease and you never think anyone in your family will get it....then it happens.

So happy to here that you are spending so much time with him. That is the most important thing to do right now.

John,
Sorry to hear the news about your father. I understand what you're going through. My dad passed away from complications associated with lung cancer in January 2008. Never give up hope. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Hey John, Sorry to hear. I hope everything goes as smooth as possible for your father and your family. It's gotta be rough. Nice for you to get on here and explain to your customers. Now, get off the computer and go be with your father!

Take it easy.

First I want to thank you all. Dad passed away on Saturday but the last few months with him were incredible. I learned more about life, death, cancer, medications and so on then I ever wanted to know.

We will be reopening on the 14th then planning to be back to 100% in a couple of weeks.

Thank You
