Looks like an expensive way to check the C of G of your heli! lol. Stick in the mud I guess! 60% of the time, it works every time!

It came in nose first and laying to the right side.
You can see the marks in the grass just behind.

He was saying the only damage to the blades was where the blade turned too far in the grip and busted the root.

First try at a flip and the classic...No Idle Up....

I love his attitude though.
He has a still shot of this as his avatar on another forum.

I've stuck my blades in the dirt before but they weren't attached to the heli any more.lol....

Looks a little fishy to me
Where's the dirt scrap from the blades entering the ground?? Looks like he crashed. Then took the heli and positioned into the ground that way. Not real!!!

Ground is soft in the spring.....Easy to push the blades into the ground like that.

I had a similar crash with my EXI when I first started trying flips. I even had the blue version of the shark canopy

$15 CF blades from HK stuck in the dirt a good 6" and did not break, although the grips broke so the heli was no longer attached. I still used the blades on the rebuild and they survived a couple more crashes before they finally cracked.
