You have to buy from germany, its about 940 euro, minues the 20% tax you don't pay and then look at the current exchange rate.
Its cheaper than an aurora or kasama

I ordered just the kit from Revolution in Feb. 09, received email in Dec. 09 that it is ready for payment and delivery in combo package only. Actually, the combo worked out very well with price and selection. The Jive80 and the Piro32 are a perfect match for this machine.

I've just received an email from Jan mentioning a delivery during week 17
I'm surprised that Jan is suggesting the Mini V-Bar usage rather than the V-Bar

Is there going to be a special mini-V-bar for the TDR?

When I added my name to the Reservation-list (Sept. 09), I asked him about the possibility of getting the newer "satellites-only" type unit with the Henseleit-decaling, he said he would be testing these in the Spring of 2010 and would go from there. I'm hoping that either this unit (with the Sensor-case) or the Mini-V will "both" be available by my "reserved" Delivery-date

Yes i heard today Jan sent some emails out to people!

So hopefully the next lot is about 4-6 weeks away.

I am interested if they offer a vbar or mini vbar with the machine still. I know Timow flies with minivbar on the TDR no problems.

I have a regular normal vbar anyway waiting for my TDR kit.

I like that, where did you see Jan's recommendation ? I was going to install one anyway as we all know it has the same goodies inside.
From what i gather only thing to be cautious about is support for the wires going into the mini so there's no movement to transfer vibrations to the sensor.

Common sense may not be common after all

The weight differential between the VBar and the MiniVBar is so insignificant for such an already very light machine. I don't understand why folks keep worry about which one to use. TimoW flew the TDR with the MiniBar successfully. My 2cents

@Stolla

Well the only flybarless device you can now buy from Jan is the Mini Vbar... no more full size Vbar available from him.

Having check things, the sensor has still the same size (the same?), that's just the amplifier box that has been minimized furthermore... so from the performance point of view we should get same results

Its not about weight, its about being convenient, 1 little box with 2 sattelite RX looks very tidy and simple.

On the TDR there is not much space to mount things so anything that reduces the clutter is very good.

Anyone knows if the FLB unit will come in white color?.
I perfer the white vbar vs. the black..(IMO).. It makes it more uneek and sleek.
