I am having a problem with one of my main rotor blades not turning to pitch when the throttle is pushed up. one seems to work fine and the other barely moves. I have pulled most of the linkages off and used the sizer on them to make them move freely. I have measured and adjusted their lengths to the directions specs as well. I have spent hours looking at and moving the varios levels and I am just getting frustrated. Thsi is a new heli that I am assembling. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hold the flybar level when you move things.

If you built the head correctly and the swash is moving as it should, there is no way that only one blade will move with collective.

Post a picture or two of the heli and the linkages.

thank you so much for your help. When holding the flybar they both move. I apprecaite all of your help. There aren't really any heli people that I can seem to find around here. planes, cars trucks etc, but not helis. Small towns in a sparsly populated state. Thanks for all of your help.
