Ok here is what I have:
Dx7 Radio, Predator Gasser, 8311 servos on cyclic.
Current radio settings:
100% atv on all servos
3-120 swash. 75%,75%,70% on pitch
Pitch curve 0,inh,50,inh,100 (all three modes)
no trim on either stick.
All links meet the specifications of the Ops manual.

Now for the problem, I am trying to set the center stick to 0 pitch and it currently has 5+ at center stick. current readings on the pitch gauge are -3 bottom +5 center and +13 at the top. I cannot seem to get the center at 0, no matter what I do to get 0 at center I do not have equal above and below. I even pulled he servo horns off and moved the all one tooth down to get 0 center and when I did it reversed the process. -12 on bottom and +3 on top.

This is got me scratching my head any help will be appreciated.

You need to remove the servo horns/wheels and put you servos to exactly 50%...you can do this by simply putting the throttle stick to the middle or like I do, is set the normal mode pitch curve to 50-50-100...that way you dont have to keep checking the throttle stick to make sure it is at the middle....anything from middle down is exactly the mid point....now put your servo wheels back on at exactly 90 degrees to the servo and then adjust your head linkages from bottom to top making sure everything is 90 and lastley set 0 degrees pitch....your positive and negative travel should be the same depending on if your 3 swash linkages are the correct length.

Hope this helps...i usually dont explain things to well.

Thanks Chuck and Vanheli.

I figured it out. the swash to wash out arms was too long. It was originally set up as a camera ship which was mechanically limited to very little negative pitch. I shorted both arms about 10 turns and everything started working as it should. It is hard to believe that those two links could throw off the whole show that much.

Thanks again for your pm and replies.I was about to have a sleepless night trying to figure it out.
