I was installing the upgraded "A" elevator link and noticed the bearings installed in both frames are terribly gritty (after a few hundred flights without new frames). Is there a way to replace these without getting new frames?

It doesn't appear to be, but may not be all that necessary.

You can replace the bearing in the frame with out having to replace the whole frame. the bearing has a housing around and the bearing has to be knocked out of it. you then put the new bearing in the housing and replace it in the heli. I get mine from helidirect. Cost like $2 for the set.

Fly it like you stole it!
