tail holds fine. but it has a twitch, occilation, or whatever the proper teminology is.

mechanics are fine. i went over everything. replaced a few bearings in the tail, replaced belt, main gears. good thing i had x-tras.
checked main blade tracking for the heck of it.

same thing happened.

had spare gyro and tail servo. swapped them out.

same thing happened.

checked radio setings, nothing has been changed.

i run a seperate esc and bec.

can a receiver, esc, bec in some way cause this to happen?

it's one of those things that no matter what you do, it is still there.

so the question is: have you had a similar experience and have done all the necessary checks that you know should fix the problem but they have not?

Is it belt drive if so are the teeth fine also is there static build up causing a glitch maybe lube the belt up a bit to see if this helps and check tightness of belt too tight or too loose if it is too loose the belt can catch on itself inside the boom.Just some suggestions.

and the blonde said "RECTUM, Hell damn near killed em!!"

What gyro and what servo? Does it kick, wag or bounce? Is your gyro unit in digital mode or analog mode? this might be your problem.

digital mode. i swapped out the same gyro and tail servo. i even have a step down for the tail servo.

i have the same set-up when i swapped out servo, gyro, step down.

i don't like changing parts. not the way to trouble shoot.

let me ask you this: if you were running a bec that includes the servos, etc. the esc is for the motor. is it safe bet that is either the bec or the receiver?

the main blades spool up with no problem.

this is a good one.
