OK, building out the Raptor 90 3D I just bought here on RR. Could use some ideas on electronics placement. If you have some pics you'd like to post of your setups that would be great.

Equipment I am using:

HS7965MG's on cyclic, pitch and throttle.
GY611 + BLS251(w/stepdown)
Align 2 in 1
Outrage XP25 2S1P-3300mah lipo
RCE-6600 gov
YS91st + MP2
JR NER-649 rx (yep...still running 72mhz)

Thanks, DC

R90 pics
Thanks Funkey Trex. Nice pics. Gives me some ideas to start with. I noticed you're not runing the push/pull on the pitch bar. Question.....Do most people seem to run with or without it and does it make a big difference for the servo? Thanks again for your pics!

P/P on collective is unnecessary bling.
It does remove some side loads on the servo, but with a decent dual bearing servo (which you have) it is not needed

P/P collective
Thanks for the reply Jim. Good to know. Was trying to figure out how to mount it while running my rudder servo up front as well. That settles that though. Going without. :-)

Hello all. Can I check what is the servo length used for the Pitch servo?

Also, the manual stated 10.5mm from the center of the servo to the ball, if I used 12 or 13 what kind of effect does it have?

R90 3D manual has the collective pitch rod length 77.5mm ball center to ball center. I measured mine and it is right at that length from just adjusting it for full throw. My pitch servo ball is out fairly far at about the 19mm hole for the arm I'm using and my endpoints for the pitch servo are arround +/- 130. Hope that helps.
