I've noticed recently that on one of my 4S packs I run in an 8S series (Flightmax 5000) one of the packs lags a bit in charging behind the other. After both packs reach 100%, I can see the slower packs cell voltages and one of them is at 4.13 volts, while the others are all at 4.20 volts.

This pack has seen better days, been in some minor crashes, well worn in after probably 50 cycles. I see no problems during flight, great power.

Question is, at what point does a particular cell voltage get so out of whack that you shouldn't fly it, or expect it will just fail soon?

.2 or. 02? In my case, if that damaged cell gets down to 4 volts?

.2 and yes 4 volts but if you notice anything strange with the pack (swelling or severe loss of power) dump it
