Hello to all the comunity.

Im tired in no answered mails to Airfoil helicam, for this reason im asking for help.

nearly 4 months ago my fotography partner Eduardo, sended to airfoil the full paidment for a mini pro camera mount, after that they never give me a tracking number or a shiping confirmation. Now they never answered my mails, i dont know whats going on with airfoil helicams.

They confirmed to me that the wire bank was succesfully and they will rush my shiping.

So now i have lots of lost photography business and no mount

I need a shipping address. The product has been ready for several months we just didn't know where it shipped to.

This is not your fault it's ours. We had a person we let go that took your order and one other in Israel that we have no addresses on.

Airfoil, I'm having trouble understanding why it is necessary to broadcast your customer's contact information in a public forum rather than contacting them directly.

Bottom line I want to make sure he is taken care of. Some don't use PM's.....emails don't seem to be functioning as normal.
Other than that there is no reason.

Wanting to make sure we can get an address to ship his mount to ASAP.

Just and FYI the mount was upgraded to the just released Pro1 Lite mini. Looks like the Pro1lite but is sized down for the smaller ships.

We have a new site running behind the scenes right now. At this time we are joining another company which will let us have machining/structure design and now electronic design all under one companies roof.

We have tons of emails addresses. Depending on the person you are talking with. Skycam is mine with Airfoil being the basic.

Sorry all of this will be addressed in about 30 days with several new products on the way but mainly a completely new site.

You changed the email address and phone number after you originally posted it. So yes I agree, common sense goes a long way. But consideration of your customer's personal privacy was clearly not common sense.
