Having problem with one of the vendors. I have purchased a rave case which showed it to be in stock from Completeheli on febuary 4th 2010. It showed it was in stock. Thought I would check status of parcel on the site it showed that is was back ordered. I then threw an email to him after 4 weeks on waiting for this parcel to check into this. He does not responded to his onsite email and tryed phoning a number of times with no reply. I then try to log into my account and it states that my email does not exsist which i find strange it reqinized it just a week before??? I have checked into and there has been a few complants about this vendor. Has any body had bad dealings with this vendor?? Dont know what else to do here... Just wondering if this operation is a fraud......??? Looking for some input thanks grady

I also tried them out and found out like you they suck

HAD ENOUGH
Filed a disput with paypal this outfit is not responding. I am not going to be nice any longer, i am not going to piss around when they can not even call or respond. This is not a mistake or a disagreement this is about getting screwed over and it pisses me off when they do not respond. My account has been pulled and no longer exsist with this out fit don't know why this is. This tells me he is ignoring me. Two things I cant stand are liers and theifs.

I apologize that we were unable to get the part you ordered in stock, it has been on backorder for some time. According to your account history we attempted to notify you of the backorder within 6 hours of the order being placed to which we did not receive a response. Your e-mail replies to us were considered spam by the mail server and unfortunately we did not receive any communication from you (tech says it's related to you being in another country). Your PM to me here on the board was answered less than 12 hours later, same with the PayPal dispute, and a full refund was granted as requested. Your account still exists on the website, it has not been modified in anyway by the staff at CompleteHeli. As per my PM you can have a new password sent to you at:

It one thing to have password not work or forgot password it is another that my account which is my email was no longer reconized. You now can pull my account off your site. you really don't get it do you. I tryed calling you as well as email a number of times if you want I will post my phone records.I GOT NO ANSWER. It is pretty sad that I had to file a clam threw paypal for a responce.Yes i got my money but only after going threw that ordeal. Had to back the rat into a corner to get him to come out of hidding. Will not be doing busness again and will spread the service that I received. I HATE BEING LIED TOO..!!! Then to make excuses to cover up that are false. MAN THAT TICS ME OFF TO SAY THE LEAST... It is all about the princable for me. If you got a reply "E-mail replies to us were considered spam by the mail server" then why did you not call via phone. It did not have to go this far if you were just up front and still after the fact you can not own up.

completeheli.com SUCKS. I ordered a Guai 330x Quad from these people and their website said it was in stock. I ordered it on Nov. 17th. I never got a email saying it was shipped. On Nov. 19th I called some guy said it was put out for shipping on Friday the 19th. I choose to have it shipped usps 2-3 day priorty mail. Today is Black Friday and I still do not have my order.
They have my $$$$$.
I have called several times but cannot get hold of anyone.
Maybe it is the Holiday and they have been closed all week?
They will not even answer my email's.

I apologize for the delay with your order, it was scheduled to go out Friday the 19th but all Gaui 330X-S's were pulled to check the contents. We had several kits come back with missing/broken parts and pulled all orders until we could verify the contents.
We attempted to notify you on 11/19 and again in response to your e-mail on 11/20. The responses may have been tagged as spam, Gmail has been slow or returned e-mail from us for a number of customers for the last week.
Your order was shipped on 11/24 and I would expect a delivery no later than the 29th. I have issued a refund of the shipping cost due to the delay on shipping.
As always I am available (including after hours) via PM or post to resolve issues.

I noticed on this thread and the other thread complaining about your company's customer service your response is that its the emails fault. What ever happened to using a phone. I can assure you that any company that uses only email as a form of customer support will not get my business. You might want to look at you customer service model/protocol and include the use of a phone. My two cents...

paypal is a right for some thing i file a claim and they sided with the other side so i call my bank after a short time they return my money try calling you bank
