I don't think so!! I bet its gonna be two 6s packs that are wired together
This would make sense (unless your a battery manufacturer). I know 2 people at my field who fly 600's on 6s 5000 packs and are ready to sign on the dotted line when the 700e comes out.

Looks like they also designed it with a pinion bearing block as well...I this this is a crucial detail. Way to pay attention ALIGN.

I have been strongly considering the logos and have been doing a lot of research on them....there are so many new models coming out this spring/summer who knows what I will end up with...

I see you have a logo 400...have you flown/owned the logo 600?
I doubt the logo 400 would make me "never go back"....

That new Align 700E main gears, do they look 1.0M to you or they share the same main gears with the nitro which is 0.7?

It could just be the close up but they do look like they are 1.0M...they should be...especially with the electric.

The last couple of fun flies I've been too, seems every one has converted a 700 to E power... Guess Align decided to get their share of that market, I know I would! I'm sure I'll help one of my field mates build one, and then I'll just have to have one!

Everyone is asking where nitro is going to the next few years...just look at how many guys at the F3C are running nitro, most are electric and Align is not going to have more electric helis than nitro...I guess that electric is winning over nitro...except for the die hard nitro guys.

Gears...
Main and tail gears will be 1.0M.

What would be really nice, is if the FRONT tail-box was adjustable (front-to-back) for crown gear mesh...I had to elongate the frame holes on my 700 so the gears wouldn't strip under too much demand.
(Thank you Nick Maxwell.)

This would be REALLY NICE attention to detail if possible

I heard somewhere that they are going with a 4.33 ratio tail, on the mod 1 gears ? Anyone know if thats true ?..... cause 4.5 is too slow as it is !

Havent heard anything about the ratios...however this will be dictated by the length of the tail blades I would assume...i also wasnt aware of any problem with the 4.5:1 being too slow.

Wouldn't it have been nice if the mainshaft had been extended to accomadate a 3rd bearing block along with the motor pinion bearing block, rock solid.
