Furion 450 flybar spindle PN MA130-130
There are three holes on each side and the instructions say to use the middle hole. What are the other two for? I am repairing mine nad one of the middle holes was damaged. I have ordered a replacement but it is on backorder. Has anyone used the other holes?

It changes the ratio in which the flybar reacts. Someone with more bell hiller understanding can explain more.Team Synergy/Rail, Team Scorpion, YS Engines, VelTye

If anyone is having problems stripping the 2 main screws that go into the Flybar Support Tube that connect it with the Headblock, try alittle bigger screws. I got the 6mm ones and then grinded them to perfect size.
I've had alot of crashes and having stripped it anymore. It saves $20 per crash.
Thanks
As to the flybar ratio question it will either speed up or slow down the head but It should be ok for now until you get the replacement. just make sure your grip links arnt at a extreme angle that could pop them off.

What is the perfect size?
Heli21, I have ordered the replacement part and will just wait for it. You said you used the 6mm length bolts and ground them down to the perfect size. Did you measure the final length?

i believe its around 5mm. I orginal measured the the length but i cant remember now. It shouldnt be realy hard to find it out. Just play with it. I somewhat remember 5.09mm for some reason. I think thats measuring the threads.Rob McQuillen

Bolt length
Thanks, I am expecting the replacement any day now and will check on the original length then try to cut one at 5.09 and see how that works.
