Mini V-Bar and JR 9303 radio. How to adjust gyro gain with radio?
The gyro sens function is tied to the AUX 2 channel in the JR 9303 radio. Is it possible to tell the Mini V-Bar to use AUX 2 as the gyro adjusting channel? ( I don't use banks, just the aux=gyro function).

Thank you!

You should simply do it through the software, it only takes a few flights, the aux 2 can be set to aux 2 and not gyro, that is in your tx menu is all. Aux 2 is best for sure as a bank switch for sure, this allows you to have two entirely different feels for sport, hard 3d, scale etc...just a suggestion. You will not independently adjust only the common gain by your method....Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

In fact it works perfectly.

I don't use bank switching, I prefer to adjust the feel of my machine with the radio programming for each flight mode( expo, dual rates, pitch, headspeed etc.).

By default, when using the DX7 defaults in the Mini-V, the aux channel in the Mini-V is tied to the gear channel in the radio. The gyro menu can easily be assigned to this channel in the radio. By using the "aux=gyro gain" function with the Mini V-Bar, I can adjust the gyro from the radio.

The JR 9303 radio menu is tied to the aux 2 channel. Seems impossible to assign it to the gear channel. So I thought I couldn't use the gyro menu with this radio and the V-bar. But by going in the expert radio menu in the V-bar software, it's possible to assign which radio channel controls which function of the V-bar. So it was as easy as telling the V-bar that my aux2 channel (ch 7 in the radio) controls the aux channel of the V-bar.

One thing to note... Channel 1 in the radio isn't the same as channel one in the v-bar! Radio channels count starts at 1, V-bar channel count starts at 0. So channel one in the radio(throttle) equals channel 0 in the V-bar... Channel 7 in the radio (aux2) equals channel 6 in the V-Bar.
