Head Mod
I remeber few years ago there was a mod that used to be done on the 90SE head colin bell mod, can someone please post me the link with pics how to be done

The 90 3d mixing arms are realy close to colins mod. I am using the 903d seesaw, Flybar, Mixing arms, and flybar control arm post on my 90Se and it makes quite abit of difference. The Colin mod puts the balls a little closer to the main shaft than the 903D arms by like 2mm.

There are two things you can do. You can flip the flybar control arms like you've experimented with, but the flats wont line up with the set screws, so you'll have to center the flybar using a ruler.

You can cut the mixers shorter and relocate the ball so that it's 38 or 39mm from the mixers fulcrum. This will give you more collective and cyclic pitch.
