Here are some tips that I've found useful with the T250.

Instead of taking a lot of time with the tracking adjustment, put the TX into Throttle Hold and move the collective stick to ZERO pitch, square the flybar up to the mainshaft and sight the blades, they should both be at ZERO. If they aren't make them both ZERO by eye. Try to fly the machine and see where the tracking ends up. Sometimes it is real easy to go beyond in one direction or another and not know it. In addition, hold the flybar stationary and try to see how much lost motion you have by wiggling the blades out at the very tip end. Any lost motion will result in tracking issues. Finally, if you just can't seem to get the tracking perfect, try swapping the blades from side to side when you get the tracking as close as possible. I've see this fix more than one machine after I got the tracking as close as I could.

Most important is the head and tail upgrades....they also made different style servo mounts for the frames. That's most of it in a nutshell.

I have not flown a older 250, or worked on them so I would try:

[/quote]VANHELI I had constant tracking issues with my 250 until I upgraded to the se mixing arms...it has been perfect ever since.

Sounds like he has been down this road and it makes sense to me hbk2owner, inexpensive and it's what I would try.....
