Hey WC: Are you checking COG with or without fuel in the tank? Standard proceedure is to fill the tank half way, and then check the COG. If your nose heavy without fuel, then all is good :-)

I hate adding something that isn't useful. Go to a bigger battery pack I am hoping mine will balance out OK with the Titan boom and belt thats like 3 inches longer than the 30 boom. I am using a 3s 2100mah lipo It was a dead on to a little nose heavy as a 30.

Kinda an odd question but:
Are you talking about a static CG or a flying CG, by the way it feel's ?

When I first set up my Titan, I needed to have more weight in the rear, and I couldnt move anything else back, so I took two or three regular AA batteries and taped them together and attached them to the rear of the frame, around the area of the gyro, with a piece of double sided tape, and a piece of Velcro across the top to hold it down good, and was able to achieve spot on CG. If you need something to weigh your tail or front end down, just do it, and dont worry about not "wanting" to place anything on the heli that is not used, you need to get the best CG you can get, anyway you can get it.
