Finished freshening up my SRX. Always loved the way it flew. Now just waiting on the weather

Good job!

I have a VR .46 that I need to redo as they all were very easy /cheap to fix and fun to fly .

It always kind of bugged me that Kyosho finally got all the bugs worked out with the SRX then dropped the Concept line. Marketing ????

Me too .. I had several bird that I could just beat on and never replace parts unless I dumb thumbed it . It actually was the first helicopter that I had to replace bearings or parts because I had flown it for 3 yrs without crashing and they wore out !!!!!

When they quit I was left with a pretty good supply of parts,, which I have sold a lot to help others get going ..but I need to get the VR up and flying again .

It's kinda funny. I learned to fly on a Concept, Then I flew a GMP Competitor. It flew sooo much better. Much more stable and precise. Put the Concept up for sale after that. Then I went to an Intrepid and that was even better. I have absolutely no desire to ever fly a Concept again!

We are , and the nostalgic appreciation of them. They arent for everybody. I have an SX with the hughes 300 body and my latest is a SRT with SRX main shaft and mixing arms and a zeal swash on it. Its almost ready to go. Do wish Kyosho could pull off parts support like thunder tiger.

It's probably because I had a few problems with it, and had no help, only Ray's book.
