Hey guys,
I just got my engine back from ToxicAl. I have a Spectra-G with a TRM g231puh running SAB 710mm mains, and the ratio is 6.923:1. What engine rpm I should set the gov. to for the correct head-speed?

Thank you,
Sean

I wouldn't set the normal setting less than 1450. If you intend "normal" to be your general flight mode, set it to 1650.

set the idle up to 1750-1850 RPM but don't use this until you've got some time on the motor. Just follow Alans instructions

6.92?
Are you running a 13 tooth main with a 90?

Anyway if so go with 1540 for normal mode, 1670 idle up 1 and 1800 idle up 2.

Thant would be awesome if you could smallplanes. I'm using a JR 9303 so I don't know how similar the setup would be, but anything would help.

Thank you,

How many thr curve points does the 9303 have? My 12 ZH has about 17 or 19 i forget that would make a slight difference but on a little. I can give you all my points and you can just set yours close. But by no means does this will work on your heli it's only to keep you from blowing the motor. Let me know if you want the points?

Thanks

I would greatly appreciate the help smallplanes. The 9303 has only seven adjustment points on the throttle curve.

Thank you very much,
Sean
