Again I have same problem with replacement! I was having problem with one(right ail) servo so I got hooked up with Helidiret and got replacement. After a few packs on HBK it was flying smooth, it been flying smooth and trimed for hands off hovering. Today in middle of the flight it become unstable. like it will start to move back+right like the other one did. This is only about 6 flight old scene I don't have much chance to fly in winter.

Here is the problem.
For trouble shooting I always install the servo in Ch4 which is pretty much full range with no mixing.

Other 2 servo installed on ch4 one by one. Move stick to x postion slowly the servo will move there smoothly.
on questioned one it will jump to x.
On other servo give tiny input it will only move tiny bit. One in question will jump.

I tried to Different RX/TX and same result.

I'm sorry to recommended the servo to Brettman. I'm pretty sure you will have better luck with those servo's.

Looks like Inolab does not like you. Sorry for your problems with 202s.
Maybe their quality went so much down? I asked the question about Inolabs on main forum, only a few responses, but all positive.

hey, I'm also sorry your having problems with those servo's.it sucks that there not main stream items so are harder to get.Hopfully it's a fluke, and you only got a bad one.i'll keep my eye's open for these servo's for you brett

my bad i know what you saying now, twice you had problems not that there hard to get.at least you didn't have all that filing to get them in there, helidirect may make good for that one servo let us know what happens
brett

ps if those servos were a little faster you wouldn't even have to run them at 6 volt.but .16 seems alittle on slow side even compared to the 65's but blow them away with the torque and holding power though.
