Was gonna happen for sure.

However considering the amp draw problems we are hearing about the 3G and the servos, I am surprised they are sticking with the 2 in 1 in the kits.

I know they don't have anything else for now but that has to change sooner or later otherwise people would be crashing left and right eventually.

I would say to try and stick with the align electronics. The problems i have been reading about were with JR servos. Remember these servos are not gyro servos and the 3g seams to be a demanding unit on cyclics just like the tail gyros. The 610 servos are not gyros servos either but maybe more up to the task in design for the 3g.

Has anyone tested the 610s for amp draw as they done for the JR Servos?

Not sure why Align is to blame when people run JR 6v servos at 8v? Why don't they blame JR for drawing too much current?

the problem i think is the align 2 n 1 is rated for 6 amps. most 90 sized helis with digital servos can easily pull over 12 during a maneuver. That is why i feel like i need to run the Arizona regulator, it is rated up to 18 amps an i never had a problem.

In the neighbour Forum somebody opend the Unit and found out the the complete powersupply is running along a tiny wire for all the swash servos. Wich in my opinion is an absolute flaw and is going to backfire sooner or later. Everybody knows that FLB draws even more amps then normal FL, so why such a stupid design??Just sad for those people when you lose a 2000 dollar heli becasue of a tiny wire wich is supposed to supply all 3 swashservos.
