This is a large scale 90 size machine built on a 60 size x-cell frame.
It has a OS 60 max in it, engine turns over, but is tight The same is true for the battery packs as well shopuld be gone over... It is on the old 72 mhz frequency and at that time was flown using a JR PCM 10SX radio. it is using all jr servos 47-21's and som e517 for the non critical areas...comes with dual rate bb gyro and receiver....techninccaly ready to fly minus rx.. It has a flex tube tail drive that is functioning and I did check that all the servos operate. The horizontal stabilizer is connected to the fore /aft cyclic pitch so that when in solid forward flight the stabilizer helps to fly it in an aggressive manner like the real helicopter. The turret gun on the bottom is connected to the rudder servo so that it turns with the helicopter. The landing gear is hydraulic and spring loaded and is operational. As you can see, it has the rockets on the side with the tube launchers, like the real unit; as well as many scale details on it from the windshield wipers to anti-missile launcher located on the left side tail section. It has a battery monitor system that can be seen in the anterior avionics section of the nose of the helicopter. If you plan to make this a flying unit again, I recommend that you go through all the servos, and lubricate all areas as needed. It flew very well on a 60 size engine, but you could replace it with a 90 size now and have more than enough power to operate it. It flew very stable, since the weight of it is around 14 to 15 pounds.
carbon tail and rotor blades included........ never crashed!!
It has lights / strobe / landing lights that were operational. I do believe that they will work when the batter system is replaced.
as seen in photos, there is some light ding damage on the side of the heli.....it still shows excellent as it sits...
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO ASK FOR IT, SO I WILL TAKE BEST OFFER IF I LIKE IT....I CANNOT SHIP THIS HELI IT MUST BE PICKED UP..
