i'm newer to the logo 600 ,but i'll tell you what i know. it really boils down to your power system. you can run 650's without any modifications to the airframe i believe, but you'll need probably at least a 8S, preferably 10S or 12S power system.

If you go 12S you'll need at least 3000mah for 600mm blades, and at least 3500mah for 650 blades. This is very dependent on the headspeed you want and your flying style. Currently i can get 6 minutes on 600mm blades at 2000 rpm with 12S 2650's doing aerobatics and 3D. I'm probably going to move up to 12S 3000 though.

you can do the math to figure out what kind of mah you'll need for less cells

Just my input. I'd also go with a scorpion 4035 motor, kv dependent on how many cells you run. shoot for a unloaded motor speed of 20-25K.

As far as blades, for 600mm go radix (non sb) or edge flybarless. both are tried and true.

Blade size---
well...like MMC stated it kind of depends on setup/headspeed etc...

but typically ...MOST people use 600mm blades on the logo...and there's quite a few that use 620mm blades on them ...

I myself prefer the 620's

I JUST bought a set of 660mm blades to try out...so I will see how they do ...

but you can't go wrong with the 600-620's

Jag, out of curiosity, what brand of 620's do you use? I ended up getting edge blades to start with (603mm) but would like to ultimately try some 620's

Blades
the BEST flybarless blades for the Logo are the Gohbee 620's

the SWE's are the SAME blades

SWE=Gohbee

I have a few sets of the SWE 630's also...just haven't tried them yet..too cold to fly really

at least for me

BTW...the Edge blades are nothing special...they are slower on cyclics and have a lot less collective pop than the Gohbees or even Radix blades.

bummmer. so far so good with them but i haven't really pushed them yet as i'm still feeling out the 600. I'm kinda bummed, though they were rather expensive, i'm used to getting cos flaw radix for half price ($62 in the case of 600mm)

Jag72 & mmc205 !

Thank you your's help. I have 2 logo. One I bulid conversion 700 and other one stock. My setup scorpion 4035 with 12S at all two. I would like to use the same ones in all two machines if possible. I not to hard 3d pilot. But I like the power my helis. Do you think possible this solution ? I thought of a big blade because of this, that at what let the difference be smaller between the two machines. I like fly 6 min abot 2100 2250 rpm. Now I have 600 esp with 4025 scorpion curtis blades 12S 2p with I fyl 5.30. But this 600 esp weight too mikado logo weight 2,77 kg without battery.

thx

ps: sorry my little englis

12s would work great on both the logo 600 or 700.

using 600mm or 700mm blades the 12s is perfectly fine...as long as the esc can handle it...why not..

only issue with running 12s on a 600mm bladed heli is weight...it may be tough to get the CG correct unless you use a lighter 12s setup. also with weight comes disc loading and more draw because of the weight etc...

I had to stretch my logo 700 even longer to compensate for it being nose heavy with a 12s 5000 setup.

If I tried 12s on the logo 600 I would have had to go 12s 3300-3700 probably. I don't see how the 600 would CG correctly with a 12s setup unless you went with a lower MAh lipo setup..

right now I am building a 12s Alien setup and it's going to have tobe about 12s 3000 for Cg purposes..

hope this makes sense

Jag72 !

This is not to easy I now see now this. I search compromise. I like to fly 1 type battery with two helikopter. Acordingly I think 650 blades. But I think logo 600 with 4035 620 blades 12s 4000 is better with 600 esp 4025 600 blades 12s 3000. What do you think ? The 4000 is sclant the 700 ?

thx
