Vario used to do a 4-blade elastomer head for their EC135, complete with scale blades... discontinued a while back though.

Could it just be a static display? I have always thought if I could come across a helicopter fuselage that was retired due to age or fatigue, I would build a cool backyard display, and wood would end up an excellent replacement for blades or parts.
