Don't know how or if it will apply to your 450 but I took it for granted that my servo arm length would remain stock, wrong! After I had everything done to my complete satisfaction and was going back over the manual did I realize the G3 system requires a shorter arm length, which really stinks because I found myself all the way back to square 1 in do-over mode.

Michael did you end up with a black or blue head for your 3G kit?

Yeah ACKopter is right, follow the exact measurements in manual for cyclic and rudder servo horns. Don't worry about the phasing, as long as you get link-A parallel to the main shaft per page 9 in manual you will be fine. I've setup about 10 of these following the manual and none has any problems. I had a little head bobbing with the 450 Sports, but two tapes solved that problem. Gain is at about 11 o'clock position.

Good luck and keep us posted of your results.

I ended up with the blue head cause nobody has the black yet lol plus I like blue Better... I planned on making the arms as centered as possible so I'll make sure to follow everything exact.
