Align FBL head using a quite narrow setup, they really didn't do the homework on mechanical setup, this means yes it will fly, but put a lot of stress on your servos, you can make it fly better with even smaller servohorn on the servos (distance center -> ball) with the VBar.

(I would compare Aligns head with RJX, just guesstimated since I don't have the exact measurements here and now)

Sidenote; T-rex 700 would really benefit from a modified bell-crank setup, time for someone to do just that.

Hi MrMel

How is the Mikado conversion for the TRex 700 and a VBar, better?

I am using the Align head on my 700n with v bar and it works ok.

Servo horn balls are at 10mm from centre, cyclic gain calc gives 82.
