I noticed that now, very nice indeed.

Do we have any information about updated Jive controllers?

ABOUT TIME KONTRONIK!!! The one problem has always been sending them back for updates....if they fix that, it will help their sales tremendously.

This replaces the Jazz, not the $539 Jive HV, right?

Website says "replacement of the Jazz line", jazz is quite old, Jive is new.

I hate for Jive to become an "antique" now.

I hope they update the Jive to support firmware updates....but with 2 MCU's to program, I don't think that is possible. Probably going to take a totally new design similar to the Koby.

How is the Koby different from the Jive (or the Jazz for that matter) in terms of upgrading? If the factory can do it, why can't we?

The Jive has 2 chips, an AVR, and a TI DSP. To program both of those isn't going to be an easy solution. I doubt the Koby has 2 chips like the Jive, an educated guess is that it's a single STM32.

Pretty sure that the AVR, TI DSP, and STM32 are chips used in the respective ESC's. The KOBY IS, according to the above release, USER UPGRADEABLE...

As I was told the dual processor in the Jive has nothing to do with performance and the second one was only used for Diagnostics/Logging, truth or not, I don't know.

If that is the case they should develop it so we can use it like other ESC's offer.
