The 172 is the plane I trained in and also the 150 and 152. I liked the 172 the most but I did my final check for my ppl in the 150.

and the blonde said "RECTUM, Hell damn near killed em!!"

I can't pass a medical anymore, and after 10 years out of the air, it still kills me.
GM, you may want to consider buying an ultralight. No aeromedical required. I can personally recommend the Quicksilver line. Outstanding birds, available in several configurations.

Have you ever been denied or you know you just can't pass? If you've never been denied fly as a sport pilot.

Or you can fly sport light class you only have to have a drivers liscence that serves as your medical if I understand it right.

Sure, but KAVX is 3000' long, enough even for small bizjets. Departures definitely get 110% of your attention though.

The restaurant has the best buffalo (bison) burgers you'll ever scarf down.

Congrats on the ticket! I just got back from Dallas Simuflite two days ago. Got my 5th type rating. This ones in the Phenom 100. I have to go back in march for the Phenom 300. This rating was a little harder than any of the others as it is a single pilot jet with significant speed. There were 6 in class and only 4 came home with their ticket to fly it. It's definitely one tough hombre.

Waiting for parts

Congrats!

I cant even land my 1.4 mtr foamie cessna and its really beggining to piss me off bigtime, I wanted to get into composite jets but I cant even get this F**king thing down in one piece.

If theres wind the wings are all over the place, and if theres no wind it goes flying past the runway at a zillion miles per hour even if I cut the throttle when its so far out I can barely see it.

Im haveing reall trouble with this thing, I have a tiny little f35 ducted fan belly lander, and Im sure if it had wheels it would be easier to land than this damn Cessna is, I only bought it because I thought it would be easy to learn landings with.

Good clip. I got my PPL in a 152 on those same runways 24 years ago.

I hope one of you removed the wooden bangy flopper thingy!
