After about 50 times of taking the oneway out and fiddling with it cleaning and relubing with everything but KY jelly
My god.... Maybe thats the secret!

I also think another thing that people were over looking on their 90's was the steel ring around the hub, I could see it being way to easy to slightly deform the hub with that ring. I never ran mine with the ring.

FWIW

I have 637 flights combined on 3 different Raptors and haven't had the lockup issue. (yet?)

What I do is clean the stock grease out of the oneway and lube it with Triflo or ATF. Or sometimes a drop or two of 3 in 1 oil.

Your mileage may vary..
