It looks like the carb fuel line is resting on the edge of the frame, maybe shorten it some of protect the edge with a small piece of split fuel line. Are you going to use the Align servo wheels on the cyclic that came with the servos ? I am planning on using the same servos on mine and wondered it they measured right. Dave

So depending on blade selection you will be somewhere around 7.5 ish??
Sounds right to me.
Not bad at all, that includes canopy right?
Yes that was including the canopy.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if i can get unpainted canopies? I don't particularly like the canomod paint job, not to mention the fact that it kinda sucks if we ALL have to fly the same looking machine around.

That said, you are a lucky mo fo! i still have to wait weeks for mine.

Great quality pics

I like the canopy and the look of the heli generally very much but I really dislike the lack of breakaway tabs for the canopy standoffs. The worst thing about my Stratuses was their habit of tearing the frames around the front canopy mounts in even a medium "arrival". I really do not want the effort and expense of a frame replacement on any heli just because a canopy mount pulled out.

Looks great...would you be able to do me a favor and post a measurement for me?

Can measure the distance from the top of the top mainshaft bearing block to the Jesus Bolt hole on the mainshaft.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe it helps to screw on the canopy with nylon screws.
The should shear off in a crash and let the frames intact.
By the way they withstand unlocking by vibes.
But anyway, a design as showed by JR´s Vibe 50 would have been a better choice...

I'm pretty sure I was on 3 or 4 lists for this thing over the last 2 years or so. It finally came today.

Might be flying it in early March. Going to take my time with everything and all that. I guess I have to find my tools now. Two weeks or so and will prolly pop it up in the air.

Phone cam quality, sorry about that. Yellowish canopy, perfect.

Tonight I worked on radio setup and was pleasantly suprised to how easy it was. They definitly put some thought into making it easy to setup. To align the servo horns for the front 2 cyclic servos, they included a cool little jig that fits over 2 frame bolts and 'points' to the center. For the evelator servo horn, there is a little peep hole for alignment. Very well done.
