@ az_heliguy: unfotunately V-Bar will not compensate for shortcomings in the mechanical geometry. The stock swash causes (verly slight) allerion to pitch interaction at extreme colective/cyclic throws and this can be only eliminated by using a swash, where the axis of allerion movements is in level. I will upgrade mine to this one:

Not cheap, but quality-wise absolut top-notch.
As promissed I am posting pics of my setup with the stock swash and the RJX-FBL-head. The lenghts of the control-balls are as follows:
Inner swash ring: balls to swash drivers: 4mm, balls to blade-grips: 6mm
Outer swash ring: all balls 6mm

i wasnt sure, i havent gone to fbl or tried it yet. i went with this swash on one of mine - http://www.heli-world.com/detail.aspx?ID=3780 the one you listed is the only other one i think that i found with the right layout.

The layout of the Qucik-UK-swash is o.k. There is still a lot of room to get the throws perfect with trying different lenghts of balls on both rings of the swash. And I´ve still got some additional room (just in case) for further tuning by changing the distance of the balls on the servo-arms (currently I´m at 16.5 mm)

well, rebuild done, but i never checked the main shaft and thats bent, so i have to wait for that along with the thrust bearings for the tail, then it will be done

now im gonna swap the other boom out for the aluminum one...

besides the aluminum boom saying ultimate on it, they dont look bad on there at all
