Email spammers do weird stuff like that in order to defeat your virus scanning software. Putting what seems to be random words in a subject line, as well as the body of the text will really mess with the anti virus heuristic scanning machine. At some point it simply gives up and allows the message through.

It is a case of trying to get past a bayesian filtering scheme http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bayesian_spam_filtering by putting words together that would make the filter believe the email is legit.
