Well after my thread about asking about using subtrim to help set up the copter first. You all can tell me I told you so. Had problem flying today and yesterday , major rudder problems. In short I used sub trim to fix the mechanical set up. Had slow prio to the one side, couldnt get equal travel and the servo stopped working acouple of time!!! set it up the right way and all is well, I thought with my wiz bang radio i could be lazy, well the gyro caught me.

Which gyro? Some work fine with subtrim and some do not.

yes your correct, no problem with the 520, but the 601 and 611 didnt like it, at all. at times the servo would just shut down, then come back on line, or just act weird

That doesn't sound like a setup issue to me. Sounds like the servo may be going out. Was the case of the servo hot at the end of the flight?

being that it was so cold out, couldnt feel it, I have it marked and will tri it again. thing is , it did it on two different servos. once i centered the sub trim, all was fine.
