Ok. Let's say I have my heli at the field and need to make an adjustment but I did not bring my laptop but a friend of mine has his laptop. Can I plug my v bar into his laptop and make adjustments even though I didn't use that laptop to program my v bar? In other words, when I plug it in, will the software read the settings already in the v bar?

Yes as long as he has a VBAR program on his laptop, it will "read" the settings in the VBAR and allow you to make adjustments. Just make sure if you are using a newer VBAR unit that he has the latest software upgrade to access all the parameters.........Ron

What's great about the system is you can walk around with your laptop and compare setup's. You can then save them and compare them to your setup to try different settings. You can put these different settings on a Bank switch, which is great way to try one or two settings without changing everything.

To hover is divine, the alternative is rather PLANE.
