I am using a os bubbles clunk in the main tank. I had to make the hole bigger in the tank. Now the grommet seems to be to loose. any one else had this problem? I just bought a trex600 grommet, I hope this will fix the problem. Taking the tank out really sucks!

I have heard of people having similar issues, with the OS clunk being too big for the hole. I am using the Du-Bro clunk in all of my nitros with good results, It is sintered bronze and does the same function as the OS at a fraction of the cost. It is also smaller so it will fit in the hole.

Does that clunk suck all the fuel out of the tank?

this sucks
It works on the same principle as the OS it is porous and retains fuel so if it ever hits a dry spot while doing its clunking thing, it will keep providing fuel supply for a bit. And yes, I run one both in my main and header tank and it runs the main tank completely dry without missing a beat.
