I have a JR9800 servo and it looks like the wire/rubber is pressing up on the frame, a possible future problem from vibration?

also i dont think i have my gear mesh is right some where, seem to have noise from gears and tail drive gear seems to be getting very rough. I did everything like the instructions and even some build videos off of helifreak. Whats a good method for gears, I normally do the plastic between the gears. Can i use this on tail gears to get the correct mesh?
