I have found all sorts of tactical accesories for the rem 870

What I cant find is like a package deal, I'm concerned if I buy everything piece by piece there may be some issues with part compatible with eachother. Anyone know if they even do sell packages if so can you direct me to that website??

Thanks,
Nick

I've been usinna a tac 870 for YEARS.... and I've not found anyone that does package deals on squat...heck I've found very few folks that do true package deals on AR-15's everything I've found comes with crap I dont want and would take off and bin.

That said I've been buying parts and bolt on stuff for 870's for a long time and not found one thing that wasnt compatable.

The 870 has been around forever (IE 1950) so all the bugs are worked out.

Ask your Doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

My friend has one and it's been a finicky shotgun. Doesn't feed shells reliably. last time we went shooting he spent the majority of the time fixing jams.

Tell your friend to go to the gym. JK... Send it back to remington and they will fix it, call them up and they should send a shipping label for free. I've only seen 1 or 2 870s not cycle properly.

To the OP, what accessories are you looking to get? I've put together hundreds of 870s for law enforcement with just about everything you can think of. There's not a whole lot that will restrict other accessories. Since you have the 870 tactical I assume you have the short pump handle that doesn't slide over the receiver when being cycled, if so you shouldn't have any problems with just about anything.

I had one of my own that wouldn't cycle shells either. Bought a Benelli after that and never had another problem. I think Remington's quality control is not what it use to be.

Probably so, a lot of manufacturers eventually try to cut costs and increase profits at some point. I never really saw many with problems but I did notice a drop in quality on some of the lower end ones right before I left my last job. I was cleaning one of them and had a rag soaked in mpro7 rubbing inside the receiver and sliced my finger wide open on the bolt rail slots. Spent 12 hours of the next day in the bathroom, wasn't very fun.

At least they do stand behind their warranty, they will fix problems.
