hard to say w/out knowing how you like your heli to handle and rest of your setup and past experience.

If you are a decent pilot and like a very nimble heli, then fully aggressive head settings are the ticket. Blade choice will effect this as well, as narrow cord blades will quicken the cyclic rate vs wide cords, and 600mm blades will be faster in cyclic than 620-630mm blades as well.

I like a pretty aggressive cyclic rate, but I also want it to track really well through big air/fast flying. My head is setup fully aggressive except the flybar carrier I have in the middle hole. I do have the pitch ball upgrade for the bell/hiller arm, which makes the head even more aggressive. I run 620mm Mavrikk Wide cord blades, and I'm very very happy with how quick the heli is, but also how locked in it feels in flight.

In my past experiences, the flybar carrier was the setting that seemed to really liven things up at the expense of tracking in some cases. I usually try to stay at a middle setting on the flybar carrier, and max everythign else out. I could be wrong, on how this head acts in relation to my past helis, but so far my settings are just how I like them .
